All of the products sold on this website are shipped via USPS Priority and USPS Priority International mailing service. A flat fee of $10 is charged for all US, domestic orders and a flat fee of $40 is charged for all international orders. Typically 1-2 days of processing time is required to ship orders. Once your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation will be sent to the email used to place the order, along with a tracking number. Any item purchased from Freedom Electric LLC can be refunded for the full amount of the order, with the exception of shipping charges, within 15 days of your purchase, as long as the items are in new, unused condition and are free of any damage or defect. I guarantee all of my products free from manufacturing defects up to one year from the date of purchase for the original owner.
This does not include damage from neglect, improper use, using the wrong charger or damage caused by faulty accessories such as foot switches, clip cords or machines.
At any time an item ends up damaged or defective, your item can be returned for inspection. After the inspection process is complete and a determination has been made as to the cause of the damage or defect, your item will either be repaired or replaced for a value determined after the inspection.
When returning a power supply, please package the power supply carefully in an appropriately sized box with some sort of insulation or protection. Power supplies received just an envelope or no protective packaging will either be returned or repaired at the cost of $400, the decision is up to you.
When returning a power supply for repairs please include in the package, the power supply and charger as well as a note containing your name, address, email, date of purchase and a description of the issue you're having. Any package received without a name, address and email will be returned to the sender.
