Customer satisfaction is my number one priority.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if your order arrived damaged or went missing, please notify me immediately through the contact page.

All of the products sold on this website are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority and USPS Priority International mailing services.  A flat fee of $10 is charged for all US, domestic orders and a flat fee of $40 is charged for all international orders.  Typically 1-2 days of processing time is required to ship orders.  Once your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation will be sent to the email used to place the order, along with a tracking number.  If you have any questions regarding shipping please use the contact page and I will respond as soon as possible.

Any product purchased from Freedom Electric LLC can be refunded for the full amount of the order, with the exception of shipping charges, within 15 days of your purchase, as long as the items are in new, unused condition and are free of any damage or defect.  Please use the contact page to notify me if you have reason to return your purchase before sending anything to the return address:

I guarantee all equipment free from manufacturing defects up to one year from the date of purchase for the original owner.
This does not include damage from neglect, improper use, using the wrong charger or damage caused by faulty accessories such as foot switches, clip cords or machines.
At any time an item ends up damaged or defective, the item can be returned for inspection and repair if necessary.  All warranty repairs are subject to inspection.  All repairs outside of the one year limited warranty carry a repair fee.  This fee covers diagnostic time, repair costs and return shipping.

To start a repair request please complete and submit the form below.  Once submitted please allow 1-2 days for an acceptance reply and total cost of the repair if any.  Once you receive the reply that your repair request has been accepted you must make payment for the repair before sending the equipment.

When returning any equipment please package the items carefully in an appropriately sized box with plenty of insulation and protection.  Equipment received in just an envelope or with no protective packaging will be returned to the sender.  Please treat your tools with respect.

When returning a power supply for repairs please return the charger as well.  The charger is needed for proper diagnosis of the power supply.

Along with the equipment to be inspected please include in the package, the repair form containing your name, address, email, date of purchase, description of the issue you're having and proof of payment for the repair.  Any piece of equipment received without all of the listed items will be returned to the sender.
