SHIPPING

Customer satisfaction is my number one priority.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if your order arrived damaged or went missing, please notify me immediately through the contact page.

All of the products sold on this website are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority and USPS Priority International mailing services.  A flat fee of $10 is charged for all US, domestic orders and a flat fee of $40 is charged for all international orders.  Typically 1-2 days of processing time is required to ship orders.  Once your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation will be sent to the email used to place the order, along with a tracking number.  If you have any questions regarding shipping please use the contact page and I will respond as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Any product purchased from Freedom Electric Supply LLC can be refunded for the full amount of the order, with the exception of shipping charges, within 15 days of your purchase, as long as the items are in new, unused condition and are free of any damage or defect.  Please use the contact page to notify me if you have reason to return your purchase before sending anything to the return address:

WARRANTY

I guarantee all equipment free from manufacturing defects up to one year from the date of purchase for the original owner.
 
This does not include damage from neglect, improper use, using the wrong charger or damage caused by faulty accessories such as foot switches, clip cords or machines.

REPAIRS

After 17 years of building and supporting the equipment I make, I've built an enormous customer base and continue to handle all repairs myself.  Due to the overwhelming volume of requests and time involved with each repair I've decided to implement a flat repair fee of $125 for all power supplies over one year old from the date of purchase.

When returning any equipment please package the items carefully in an appropriately sized box with plenty of insulation and protection.  Equipment received in just an envelope or with no protective packaging will be returned to the sender.  Please treat your tools with respect.
